Lam Swee Wai was the 2nd son of Lam Hieu Chu, who was a famous tin minner in Kampar of Perak, Malaya. Lam Hieu Chu together with Yu Dong Xuan, Huang Cai and Foong Cheong Pei founded the East- West Club in Kampar. It became a veru famous club for the rich and Famous Chines in town. Lam Swee Wei followed his fathera’a steps and became a tin minner in Kampar. He raised six sons and eight daughters. They are all well educated and become doctors, engineers teachers and businessmen. Over the years the descendants of Lam Swee Wei are doing well. They are now in Malaysia, England, Sweden, Australia, Singapore and Canada.

林瑞槐是林晓初的次子.林晓初是金宝区出名的锡矿家.他和黄财,余东旋.冯昌培等四人,创立一间中西别墅在金宝.当时是金区华人相聚的好地方.林瑞槐也和他父亲一样是名矿家.他育有六子八女.他门都受过高等教育, 成为教师,医师,工程师等,分居马来亚,新加玻,澳州.英国,瑞典等地方.有百数十人.
